William Christopher Berry is a native of Sparta Ga. After completing his high school education, at Hancock Central High School. William began the next journey of his life at The Fort Valley State University. Where he was a member of the award winning Blue Machine Marching Band. During his senior year at FVSU, William was hired by the institution as a Educational Field Rep for the university. During his 5 year tenure William was promoted to the Associate Director of Operations for the Athletic Department, where he served for 2 years.
Upon graduating from the Fort Valley State University with a bachelors of arts in Music Education with a minor and Business Administration. William decided to take a detour in his journey and venture into public health. After many years of community service. William was afforded the opportunity to volunteer with Thrive SS. Where he served on several committees. In his service to thrive, William also became the co chair and chairman to some of Thrive most influential committees.
William’s motto in life is “Meeting people where they are while providing service with a smile.” Your happiness comes not from what you may seek to take away from life but from what you give, what you create, and what you share.
